Starting in June 2022, VAMED is delivering the HL7 FHIR integration module for the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The integration project shall support CARPHA, its member states and other countries to seamlessly exchange laboratory order information and support the digitalization of existing processes. Further, the availability of data shall also enhance health and disease management for CARPHA.
VAMED’s expertise and experience with OpenSource technologies and long lasting commitment to international healthcare information interoperability standards, together enables perfect synergy in this project where Senaite LIMS will be FHIR enabled.
